Privacy policy

Last updated · May 23, 2026

Teal Apex Solutions is a small, founder-led technical practice. We collect the minimum information needed to respond to your inquiries and serve our clients well. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you provide directly:

  • Contact form: your name, email, optional company, and message.
  • Project intake: additional context about your business, including company name, website, stage, focus areas, budget range, timeline, and project description.
  • Newsletter signup: your email address.

We may also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your browser type, device type, and pages visited. This is standard website log data and is used to keep the site running and improve it.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and follow up about an engagement.
  • To send you the occasional newsletter, only if you opted in.
  • To improve how the site works.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.

How we store and protect it

Form submissions are delivered to a secure email inbox managed by the founder. We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest. We keep your information only as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or maintain our business relationship.

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate this site:

  • Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • Vercel: hosts the site and serves the pages you read.
  • Unsplash: serves the photography you see on the site (no tracking).
  • Cal.com or Calendly: embedded on the contact page so you can book a discovery call. Bookings are made directly with that provider under their terms.

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy commitments.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics that profile individual visitors. The site may set a small number of functional cookies (for example, to remember your light or dark theme choice). If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-respecting tool and update this page accordingly.

Your rights

You can:

  • Ask what information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email we send.

To make a request, email us using the form on the Contact page. We will respond within one business day.

Children

This site is intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the last meaningful update. For material changes, we will note them visibly here for at least 30 days.
